1Export Trade and Services Inc. (“us”, “we”, or “our”) operates 1export.net (hereinafter referred to as “Service”).
We shall process your Personal Data obtained through your use of the Service, in accordance with our obligations on data privacy under Republic Act No. 10173, otherwise known as the “Data Privacy Act of 2012”, its implementing rules and regulations, and other data privacy laws, where applicable.
