Sales Associate

Description

1Export is seeking a full-time Sales Associate. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for achieving company sales targets and assisting customers with their exports. You will work closely with the Export Team to ensure that customers are provided with the best solution, and also manage follow-up actions and lead generation.

Job Responsibilities

• Develops and maintains relationships with potential and existing clients
• Identifies and locates new clients through a variety of methods including networking and cold calls and emails
• Develops and implements strategies for sales
• Applies knowledge of the field and product features to match products to the needs of clients
• Answers inquiries from clients concerning products, their uses, and the industry at large
• Provides information, quotes, credit terms, and other bid specifications to clients
• Negotiates prices, terms of sales, and/or service agreements; prepare contracts and submits orders
• Periodically prepares and reports results, the status of accounts, and leads to manager
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers and to effectively manage customer inquiries
• Strong problem-solving skills to manage customer challenges and complaints in a positive, professional and confidential manner
• Ability to perform under pressure, meet tight deadlines, adapt to different cultures and work collaboratively in a team environment
• Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize workload
• Willingness to work full-time and on-site in Makati

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or a related field preferred
• 1+ years of experience in sales, business development or customer service preferably in the export industry
• With at least 1-2 years export experience of non-food or agricultural products
